Good afternoon and I hope you are all having a good day. This is all still a work in progress but I feel as though I am beginning to have things look the way I want them. Here is a photo of my grandmother's sister and I am working on a Victorian card that I will have ready by Friday.
A big thank you to Rhonda (http://alittlebitfrench.blogspot.com) who inspires me; Sandy - who helped me with the watermarking tool and is so giving with her expertise (http://quillcottage.blogspot.com/); Rene at Miss Gracies House (http://missgracieshouse.blogspot.com/) who is so giving, kind and full of blessings; Doreen (http://www.vermontharvestfolkart.com) who has been supportive from the beginning and gives me so much encouragement; ZuZu who was the first to come to my aid with so many ideas and places to visit for help (http://a-cottage-in-the-woods.blogspot.com/; Teresa (http://www.oldegrungedprimitives.com who makes me laugh; and oh dear I hope I am not forgetting anyone.
It is true when they say find something you love and you never have to work a day in your life ... this is truly a labor of love.

Bloggers are the best! All I had to do was ask a question and this wonderful person sent me instructions on how to do so many things to create a beautiful blog. One is the photo "Apple Blossom". Although it is free on her own blog ... I felt as though it was a special gift from her. Thank you dear sweet Sandy.
Greetings to you all and just to let you know this is definitely a new experience for me.
Please feel free to visit my website (http://www.thecolonialhitchingpost.com/) to see what it is that I make and sell. As I get more proficient in the blogging world ~ I will bring my new items for you to see. And Giveaways! I'll have a Giveaway once a week. I would love to hear from all of you so please let me know all about you, where you are from and what your interests are. Hugs, Marilyn
