The Victorian Wedding and Bridal Showers

Weddings are so beautiful ~ they are religious, filled with tradition and personally I love the old vintage images of the Victorian Bride.

I also love making lavender Sachets. This is the photograph of one ohe more than 50 sachets I made for a bridal shower and because they can last up to two years ~ they make wonderful 'thank you' gifts for the people attending a special occasion.

My shop is filled with Lavender Sachets ... for all occasions. Thanks so much for stopping by.

  3. Good morning Trisha and thank you for stopping by. A friend of mine was an event planner and it was always new and exciting! Feel free to send customers my way for sachets. :)

Good morning to you too Angela. The wedding photo was "free" ... so please feel free to use it. I'll see if I can find the link and I'll send it to you ~ please send me your email address. I am happy to hear your sachet is still giving you pleasure. The shelf-life of lavender is approximately two years. Just squeeze it and it will continue to release its' scent and oils. Let me know if you need another one and I'll be happy to send you one. Hugs to you both. M

Just got up and found another order for 20 sachets ~ what a beautiful way to start my day. Lavender is very relaxing so I find myself very peaceful and happy when I am 'creating'.

  4. If you look at the brides maid's dresses, they are short. This is not a victorian bride- it is probably in the 20s or early 30s. to be victorian- their dresses would need to be floor length.
